Common problems at your end
| Late or changed enrolment |
Materials will be assembled each week and distributed within 5
working days. Check with your Faculty if you are unsure about your
enrolment. |
| Change in your postal address |
Please confirm your current postal address at the Monash
Directory Service. The dialog
box also asks for a postcode. If you have changed your postal
address recently, and you want to update this information online,
then you need to enter the postcode that is from your old address. |
| Haven't received your package |
Before contacting Despatch please check your local post office to
see if they are holding the package at the counter. |
